Set-Up:

Exhibits will be on the second floor of the King Edward Hotel. Please visit the University of Toronto Registration Desk for the location of your designated exhibit space at the time of set up (the desk will be open from 2000-2130 hours)

20th Toronto Breast Surgery Symposium
Exhibit space will be pre-assigned. Should you be exhibiting at the Toronto Breast and the Aesthetic Plastic Symposium, you may set up on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 btw the hours of 2000-2130 hours.

50th Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Symposium
Exhibit space will be pre-assigned. You may set up on Thursday, March 30, 2023, between 1700-1800 hours. Should you be exhibiting at both meetings, you will not have to set up again.

Your booth number has been forwarded to Robinson. Every booth will have a 6ft draped table, two chairs and one electric outlet; please remember to bring an extendable power bar.

Exhibitor Name Badges

To ensure company representatives will have their badge ready for pick up at time of conference set up, please send your representative’s full name and corresponding e-mail address to CPD Conference Services, Temerty Medicine, University of Toronto

Please complete representative registration before Friday, March 10, 2023.

Shipping and Handling

You may choose one of the three alternatives:

  1. Contact Robinson Show Services Project Activation & Solutions – Team Lead- Elaine BlosmanisClick here to schedule a time to meet with me!

  2. Ship all material directly to King Edward; please label boxes with the name of the conference and deliver them to the Vanity Ballroom Foyer. A friendly reminder your company representatives will be responsible for allocating and retrieving packages from the hotel. For address and directions, visit the Venue Page

  3. Your staff may bring your booth material at the time of set up.
